Aeromotive Sweetens the Purse in Spring Break Shootout and Street Car Challenge Eliminators

Posted By: Mike Galimi
Longtime fuel system manufacturer Aeromotive continues to support the racers in the Holley NMRA Ford Nationals. This year they are upping the ante by giving a $500 Gift Certificate to the Quick 16 winner of both the Ace Racing Clutch Spring Break Shootout and Mickey Thompson Street Car Challenge Presented Whipple Superchargers. In the Spring Break Shootout the $500 gift certificate stacks on top of the $800 winning prize and Baer Brake System that is valued at $1,000. For the Street Car Challenge, the Aeromotive $500 Gift Certificates joins a $600 gift card from Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels as well as the $750 winner prize and NMRA Contingency postings. Aeromotive is always quick to step up and add a bonus into the winner's pot and we are grateful for their years of support for these two categories, said Rollie Miller, General Manager and National Event Director at the Holley NMRA Ford Nationals. PerTronix Performance Brands purchased Aeromotive this past Fall after Steve Matusek and Jack Hylton built the company into a leader in fuel systems. Continuing to offer these generous gift certificates to the class winners shows PerTronix Performance Brands continued commitment to enthusiasts. The Ace Racing Clutch Spring Break Shootout is a time-honored tradition that brings fierce street cars to a heads-up eliminator on Sunday of the event that carries the same name. The quickest 16 finishers from QA1 True Street create the field as the racers compete for cash, prizes, and bragging rights.
