Aeromotive Inc. is upping the ante for the winner of the Mickey Thompson Cobra/Terminator vs. GT500 Shootout at the NMRA Spring Break Shootout February 28-March 3, 2019 at Bradenton Motorsports Park. The Kansas-based fuel system manufacturer, who recently received the prestigious SEMA Manufacturer of the Year award for 2018, is providing a $1,000 Product Certificate to the victor in the rival-ridden category.
"Thank you to the Aeromotive for stepping up to reward the winner, in addition to the $1,000 product certificate, the winner will net a $500 check, a $600 gift card courtesy of Mickey Thompson, and the category is part of the NMRA Contingency system that most racers typically gain another $900 to $1,200 more on average in specialty classes. It will make for a great payday for the specialty Mustang shootout," said Rollie Miller, National Event Director and General Manager of the NMRA Ford Nationals.
As the Modular-powered Cobras, Terminators, and GT500s hit the drag strip, Aeromotive offers plenty of fueling options to feed the boosted engine combinations of those vehicles. Their latest line of fuel pumps feature brushless motor technology, making the pumps lighter, more efficient, and delivering much higher fuel volumes. The Brushless pumps are compatible with gasoline and E85 and are offered in several sizes to fit a variety of engine configurations up to 2,600hp in boosted EFI combinations.
