Baer Brakes Adds Bonus to JLT Performance Spring Break Shootout Purse

Posted By: Mike Galimi

As the JLT Performance Spring Break Shootout celebrates 25 years of street car insanity, Baer Brakes wanted to enhance the winner's pot by throwing in a gift certificate for a Deep Stage Drag Racing Brake System kit valued at around $1,000. This means the Quick 16 winner on Sunday could walk away with $1,800 as they celebrate in the Aerospace Components Winner's Circle with an NMRA Victor award and bragging rights for the rest of the year.

Baer Brakes has always been a huge supporter of the Spring Break Shootout class and is heavily involved with several True Street racers. We are grateful for their generous contribution that goes directly to the racer, said Steve Wolcott, Founder and CEO of ProMedia Events & Publishing, parent company of the NMRA Ford Nationals.

The JLT Performance Spring Break Shootout is part of the NMRA season opening event of the same name, the Nitto Tire NMRA Spring Break Shootout. It happens February 28 - March 3, 2019 at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Bradenton, Florida.

The Spring Break Shootout is a heads-up class that is created through the QA1 True Street field as race officials select the quickest 16 cars to run heads-up on Sunday to see who has the baddest street car of the event. It all concludes by Sunday afternoon when the champion of the Spring Break Shootout and the other class winners celebrate in the Aerospace Components Winner's Circle with a formal presentation of cash, prizes, and the prestigious Victor award.

The NMRA Ford Nationals launches its 2019 championship season February 28 - March 3 with the Nitto Tire NMRA Spring Break Shootout at Bradenton Motorsports Park. For more information and Advance Tickets Spectators Save 20% visit www.NMRAdigital.com/FL
