Calling All Ford Bracket racers! The NMRA Spring Break Shootout is just around the corner, March 2-5 at Orlando Speed World and there will be 3 Bracket classes paying $1,200 each to win. The SBS has classicly been a hotbed for fun, fast and competitive Ford bracket racing action with all types of Blue Oval machines, from street-going footbrake Fords to all-out Super Comp dragsters.
 
Bracket 1 is for Super Pro-type cars using electronics and will be contested on the 1/8-mile. Bracket 2 is for Pro-type bracket cars using no electronics, but transbrakes are permitted. There is no ET limit and it will be 1/8-mile drag racing. Bracket 3 is the Sportsman category for foot-brake drivers. There is no ET limit and racing will be conducted on the ¼-mile. This is a 100-percent no-electronics class.
