Calling All Ladies—NMRA Announces TREMEC All-Female True Street

With the NMRA Spring Break Shootout just weeks away, we’re getting excited about heading to Orlando Speed World to kick off the 2023 event season. And we’re planning to get going in grand fashion with a host of special events to compliment the core NMRA championship point-earning categories.

One such class is the TREMEC All-Female Shootout, where female Mustang and Ford owners can get on track and compete for cash and awards in an easy-to-run format, where it takes only three runs to win. Circle D Specialties True Street has long been a staple of NMRA competition, as it allows for any Ford, Lincoln or Mercury and any skill level. In True Street you’re really racing the clock, as your three runs are averaged to give you a final score. Drivers get plenty of time runs, too, so you can practice before the competition begins. And, the All-Female True Street, along with all the specialty classes, will receive extensive coverage here on NMRAdigital.com and in Fastest Street Car magazine.

There are awards for the quickest and runner-up (see attached flyer), but also for those drivers closest to elapsed time breaks from 9.00 to 15.00 seconds! And the purse can increase by $1,000 if you win with Nitto NT555RII tires. Of course, females are welcome in any NMRA class, in fact we’ve had many women win races and championships. So whether you’re a seasoned-pro or it’s you first time, sign up for the All-Female True Street and show us what you can do.
