Ford Power In Vegas—Mustang and More On The SEMA Show Floor

After concluding exciting Holley NMRA All-Ford Nationals race season and crowning our champions, the ProMedia team traveled to Las Vegas for the largest automotive trade show in the world, commonly known as SEMA. Simply stated, no trade show on the planet rivals SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association), as it offers the opportunity to see thousands of new products, get access to 70-plus free professional skill-enhancing education sessions, meet with industry friends, share stories, meet celebrities and of course, get up close with amazing vehicle builds of all types.

SEMA is about connecting people and being there is an integral part of our success. It helps ensure that we bring racers and fans the best experience possible as we travel the country bringing events to your hometown. In fact, we saw many familiar racers and a host of manufacturers who support our series.

Along with the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) trade show (which takes place in December and is home to the NMRA and NMCA awards ceremonies), SEMA enables automotive specialty equipment manufacturers to display products and promote brands alongside automotive manufacturers. SEMA is often the place where companies debut new, innovative products and connect with industry buyers and media from all over the globe. It’s also pretty cool to see the variety of cars and trucks on display, as virtually every form of performance vehicle and motorsport is represented.

The four-day event attracts a staggering 161,000-plus individuals, including
71,000 buyers, 3,300 media representatives from both trade and consumer outlets and 2,400 exhibiting companies. The 2,400 exhibiting companies consist of manufacturers of automotive accessories that enhance the performance, styling, comfort, convenience and safety of cars, trucks and SUVs. And let’s not forget small businesses that are owned and operated by automotive enthusiasts who know, love and understand vehicles inside and out. In addition to connecting with friends and associates, we made sure to capture photos and video of the cars and stars. So here’s a look at SEMA from our eyes and we hope you enjoy.
