For the past eight years Miller has given away two welders by randomly selecting NMRA and NMCA racers at the annual awards ceremony at the PRI Show. This year, Miller chose to give a Millermatic 211 welder to a couple of lucky racers. It is a lightweight, inverter MIG welder with up to 230 amps of power and runs on either 120V or 240V input power. The unit also includes AutoSet, making the unit quick and easy to set. The two racers were randonly selected as the names of the champion and runner-up finishers in every category were dropped into a bucket and drawn in the middle of the award ceremonies. The NMCA winner was Don Walsh Jr, who finished the season as the runner-up in VP Racing Fuels Xtreme Pro Mod. On the NMRA side of the ProMedia world, the winner was Jason Henson who captured the Exedy Racing Clutch Modular Muscle title.
