October 10, 2022—The NMRA Tech Committee has released the first draft of 2023 preliminary rules for the Limited Street and Factory Stock classes. You can view them here:

- Limited Street adjustments include:
o Base Weights - Dropping the base weights 150-lbs for every combination.
o Blower Parity - Adjusting upper pulley sizes on the TVS, VMP and Whipple Blowers to gain parity.
o Turbos – Turbo size adjustments are TBD as the committee works with the different manufacturers to determine which turbo size will fit into Limited Street for 2023. If you are interested in a turbo combination for the class, please contact the Tech Committee at [email protected]for more information.
- Factory Stock adjustments include:
o 4.6L 2V – 289 combination - base weight adjustment
o Coyote Gen 1 combination - permitted cylinder heads clarified
o Coyote Gen 2 combination - permitted cylinder heads clarified
o Approved Tire list updated for 2023
