November 14, 2022—The NMRA Tech Committee has updated the 2023 Preliminary Rules in the following classes today.  
 
CLASSES WITH CHANGES:
-       RENEGADE
-       LIMITED STREET
-       COYOTE STOCK
-       GENERAL REGULATIONS
 
The NMRA Tech Committee reminds Racers that these are preliminary rules until the Tech Committee finalizes the rule sets in December.  The committee encourages input and rule requests from racers to be submitted to [email protected] .
