Jeff Smith has been collecting Dodge // Mopar HEMI Shootout wins since debuting his Dodge Challenger 1320 last year, and at this event, he also brought home $1,000 in cash for winning the 12-second award in Dodge // Mopar HEMI Shootout. Jeff's 2019 Challenger 1320 ran a 3-pass average of 12.038 to bring home the bounty.
