The Review Panel has reached a decision in the appeal filed by Clair Stewart based on the statement of action issued for the incident at the NMRA All-Ford World Finals at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, KY on September 30th, 2021. The Review Panel has modified the original statement of action to the following: • The one (1) race suspension has been rescinded or dismissed. • The twelve (12) month probation has been extended to a twenty-four (24) month probation ending October 14th, 2023. • The Appeal Filing Fee has been waived.
