UPDATED RULES TREMEC Stick Shift Shootout Announced at at the NMRA World Street Finals Sept. 28 - Oct. 1

UPDATED RULES Top 8 yes, EIGHT manual-equipped vehicles in QA1 True Street will race heads-up for the chance at winning a Tremec transmission their choice! The eliminations will go down on Sunday morning, beginning around 10:30AM. TREMEC is all about gear bang n manual performance and NMRA is pleased to announce that the final Stick Shift Shootout of the year will take place at the Nitto Tire NMRA All-Ford World Finals in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Sept. 28 - Oct. 1. The rules are simple: Street-type manual transmissions only. May include race-oriented modifications such as face-plated or pro-shifted gears. Must be hand operated via a single shift handle. Transmissions with multiple levers or air/electronic/hydraulic actuation not permitted. The staging lanes at Beech Bend Raceway will be bursting at the seams on Saturday, September 30th, as over 150 entrants will battle for top QA1 True Street honors, with the fastest 8 stick cars receiving a special shootout plaque to recognize their prowess. From there things will heat-up as these manual-equipped vehicles will have an all-out slugfest with a winner takes all heads-up shootout! The winner will go home with a brand new TREMEC transmission of choice!
