VP Racing Fuels has expanded its VP Madditive line of performance chemicals by introducing a new, improved Cool Down coolant enhancer for high-performance radiator systems. VP reports that Cool Down decreases cylinder head temperatures by up to 50 F by increasing coolant flow for better heat transfer while lubricating all vital components without crystallization found in other coolant additives. Cool Down will not harm radiators or water pumps, and is approved by most racing sanctioning bodies. One 16-ounce bottle can treat cooling systems of 12-20 quarts, and treatments last for 30,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first.
