Breaking News Updated NMRA Coyote Stock Tune

Posted By: Steve Baur
April 26, 2021 - Breaking News Updated NMRA Coyote Stock Tune Ford Performance continues to work with the NMRA Tech Department in fine-tuning the G-Force Racing Transmissions Coyote Stock ECU calibration. A new calibration was created earlier this month and distributed to all competitors during the NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals at Atlanta Dragway. The latest Coyote Stock tune is available immediately via mail order from Ford Performance or NMRA Tech can upload it to an ECU in a running vehicle at any NMRA or NMCA national event. Note if you ran the NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals; all Coyote Stock ECUs were flashed with this latest tune and you don't need to perform this update. The new tune strategy does not effect Wide-Open-Throttle performance, as it focuses on relaxing various parameters to prevent Torque Limit codes from being tripped. The latest version of the Coyote Stock tune does not increase timing, change air/fuel ratio, or adjust cam positions. Those performance-enhancing calibrations remain consistent to this point in the 2021-racing season. The Holley NMRA Ford Nationals would like to thank Dave Born and Ford Performance for their continued support. Racers from around the country are preparing for the NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Street-Legal Drag Racing Presented by HPJ Performance held at World Wide Technology Raceway May 13-16, 2021.
