McLeod Racing Backs 10R80 Shootout at NMRA World Finals

The Nitto Tire NMRA World Finals + Holley Intergalactic Ford Fest, taking place September 27-29 at Beech Bend Raceway, is going to be the biggest Ford motorsport event of the year, bringing all generations of Ford enthusiasts together in one location. McLeod by Raybestos is proud to introduce the 10R80 Throwdown, open to Mustangs, F-150s, and anything else with Ford’s latest Overdrive transmission. The goal is get these vehicles on track and showcase the modern era of Ford performance.

They will also be racing for a $2,800 purse, of which the winner will walk away with $1,500—guaranteed and no minimum car count required.”

The McLeod by Raybestos 10R80 Throwdown is open to any Ford vehicle that is equipped with a 10R80 transmission and powered by a Ford engine, regardless of body-style. Total Venue Concepts is handling the track prep and when combined with the cool Fall air of Bowling Green, Kentucky, the racing conditions will be outstanding to enable competitors to run personal best ETs and record runs.
