19th annual Nitto Tire NMRA All-Ford World Finals Shootout Line-Up

The biggest Mustang and Ford race of the year, the 19th annual Nitto Tire NMRA All-Ford World Finals, September 28 – October 1 2017 at Beech Bend Raceway, is going to be jam packed with excitement. The ten NMRA Keystone Drag Racing Series championship categories will conclude that weekend, deciding champions in record-setting fashion. In addition to those thrilling categories will be several specialty shootouts, aimed at bringing in a wide-variety of Mustangs for a fun weekend of burnouts, going fast, and having fun.

For the second year in a row, ididit Outlaw True Street will keep Saturday night action intense and fast. Tapping into the QA1 True Street field will be the Tremec Stick Shift Shootout for those who prefer to power-shift their way down the track. Ford’s latest EcoBoost-powered Fords have a home in the Livernois Motorsports EcoBoost Battle.

In addition to those three categories, there will once again be the high-profile classes of UPR Products Modular Xtreme, VMP Performance Terminator vs. GT500 Shootout, and Hellion Power Systems Turbo Coyote Shootout. Ultra-quick Modular-powered Ford vehicles have a home in Modular Xtreme, which competes in a 1/8-mile format.

For those who want to run ¼-mile with a turbocharged Coyote combination, Terminator, or Shelby GT500 then there are the other two classes. NMRA officials, however, have added a slight twist to those eliminators—the top four qualifiers from each class, and any 7-second capable cars, will be put into a special King of the Hill competition to find out who has the ultimate late-model Mustang, complete with its own payout. The remaining TCS and TERM/GT500 competitors will be placed on separate ladders, in their respective categories.
