The Holley NMRA Ford Nationals is proud to introduce BMR Suspension as the new title sponsor of the NMRA Spring Break Shootout. The legacy event will be known as the BMR Suspension NMRA Spring Break Shootout and it goes down March 4-7, 2021 at Bradenton Motorsports Park. Many NMRA competitors rely on BMR Suspension components each year and we are thrilled to have them come on as the title sponsor of the NMRA Spring Break Shootout, said Rollie Miller, General Manager and National Event Director of the Holley NMRA Ford Nationals. Allan Miller, who is a former NMRA champion, and his team will have a strong presence at Bradenton Motorsports Park and other NMRA events as we kickoff what will be an epic drag racing season. The BMR Suspension NMRA Spring Break Shootout is one of the most storied national events in the history of street-legal drag racing. It was born from the pages of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords Magazine and evolved into a destination experience, which launches the race season for the biggest Ford-only sanctioning body and its championship heads-up and index categories. It is also the longest consecutive running street-legal drag racing national event, which began in 1995. The NMRA hosts several special shootouts during the BMR Suspension NMRA Spring Break Shootout, which are aimed directly at street cars and the average enthusiast. The highlight is the Quick 16 shootout that carries the same title as the event, the Spring Break Shootout and this year Ace Racing is the sponsor of the eliminator. The quickest cars from the final QA1 True Street rankings are selected for the special heads-up shootout on Sunday. The annual TREMEC Stick-Shift Shootout brings the quickest 8 stick shift equipped QA1 True Street racers to a unique competition for bonus money and prizes as well. New for 2021 is the Mickey Thompson Tires Street Car Challenge Presented by Whipple Superchargers. It is aimed at including the small-tire street cars that don't fit into QA1 True Street.
