April 10, 2023 — Charlie Booze Jr. has filed an Appeal of the two race suspension handed down from NMRA Competition committee March 15, 2023.  Under the guidelines and rules regarding the Appeals process, by rule Charlie has been granted a “Stay of Suspension” during the appeals process.  That rule is “in the event of an appeal of a suspension or termination of the opportunity to participate at NMRA events, the suspension or termination shall be stayed until the Appeals panel shall have rendered an opinion.”  Charlie may compete in NMRA Competition during the Appeals process and pending the Appeals Panel Hearing and Decision.
