MAHLE Motorsport Named Presenting Sponsor of NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals at Atlanta Dragway

Posted By: Mike Galimi
The Holley NMRA Ford Nationals rocketed into 2021 with a highly successful event in Florida last month. In April, the tour travels north to Atlanta Dragway where MAHLE Motorsport has been named as the presenting sponsor. The official event nickname is the Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals Presented by MAHLE Motorsport. Since 2000, MAHLE Motorsport North America has positioned itself as a leading supplier of forged racing pistons and rings, supplying teams in most every top racing series in North America and abroad by supplying cutting edge technology to sportsman and professional racers alike, meeting a wide range of their needs across different racing platforms. NMRA General Manager and National Event Director Rollie Miller shared his thoughts on their continued support of the second largest drag racing sanctioning body in the sport. MAHLE is a great partner to the series through their sponsorship of this event as well as their support to the racers as a contingency sponsor and an advertiser in both our print and digital editorial products. The Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals Presented by MAHLE Motorsport is the first of three combined races that brings the Holley NMRA Ford Nationals together with the NMCA for a blockbuster event with over 500 racing entries and one of the largest car shows of the season. In addition to the championship heads-up and index racing from both series, the NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals hosts the Open Comp Shootout, pairing the best of NMRA with the best of NMCA in a special Saturday night shootout. The NMRA also hosts the widely popular QA1 True Street, the longest running street-legal drag racing category and it regularly attracts the biggest car count at each event. There is an Overall Winner and Runner-Up and awards for the best 9-second, 10-second, 11-second, 12-second, 13-second, 14-second, and 15-second categories. Come out and witness history, as this will be the final Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals Presented by MAHLE Motorsport at the fabled Atlanta Dragway. This year will be the final season for the historic drag strip and the event will find a new home in 2022. Atlanta Dragway has been home to NMRA/NMCA events for nearly 20 years and we thank the NHRA staff and the city of Commerce for its many years of hospitality.
