New Power for an Older Horse

Posted By: Scott Sparrow
After selling his killer Street Outlaw race car, John Macdonald purchased a 1969 Mustang as a street cruiser project. With goals of something near 500 horsepower dancing in his head, Macdonald knew that the 351 Windsor that was currently in between the framerails was going to need some new parts to achieve that goal. Right out of the gate, Macdonald contacted Edelbrock about one of their Power Package top end kits, as it was a pre-engineered, out-of-the-box performance solution for his new classic pony. However, he also realized that he would need a solid foundation on which to bolt the new top end, so he turned to Chris Holbrook at Holbrook Racing Engines. Catch the rest of the build >>here<<
