At any given Holley All Ford NMRA event, you’ll find women of all ages competing in every class, including the top ranks of Renegade, to gear-jamming Coyote Stock, 8.60 Street Race, Open Comp, True Street and more.

Additionally, three times a year NMRA offers the TREMEC All-Female True Street with cash and prizes up for grabs. Just like Circle D Specialties True Street, female Mustang and Ford owners can get on track and compete in an easy-to-run format, where it takes only three runs to win. In fact, there is cash and prizes for many performance levels, which makes it a fun race for everyone, from beginner to expert.

Circle D Specialties True Street has long been a staple of NMRA competition, as it allows for any Ford, Lincoln or Mercury and most importantly, any skill level. True Street includes a 30-mile street drive, where you can bring your friends and family along for the ride, and then you make three back-to-back-to-back runs down the track. The goal is to have a consistent average and get close to one of the ET breaks (example: 9.00; 10.00; 11.00; 12.00; 13.00; 14.00 and 15.00). Your three runs are averaged to give you a final score, so you’re really racing the clock and reaction time doesn’t matter. Drivers get plenty of time runs, too, so you can practice before the competition begins.

In Orlando, the winner’s purse went to Gaby Lujan of Miami, who drove the family Foxbody to a 9.41 best and a 9.67 average. The Runner-up was Deneen Segura of Ft. Meyers, Fla. Segura clocked a 9.70 best in her 1988 Mustang and scored a 10.17-second average. TREMEC All-Female True Street also awarded those drivers closest to elapsed time breaks from 9.00 to 15.00 seconds (see results sheet below)! The TREMEC All-Female True Street will also be contested at the NMRA Ford Homecoming in Norwalk, Ohio June 8-11 and at the NMRA World Finals in Bowling Green Ky. September 28-October 1.
