March 26, 2024 - The NMRA Tech Department has released 2024 Rule Amendments. Unless otherwise noted in this document, these amendments are in effect immediately.

-Section 29: GODZILLA INVASION, Page 1, FORMAT INFORMATION 
Specifically clarifying the Tree format in Godzilla Invasion.
