ProMedia and WyoTech have entered a partnership for 2016 which includes sponsorship of the upcoming Ford Motorsport Nationals, April 28^th-May1st at Maple Grove Raceway near Reading, Pa., as well as becoming the Official Technical School of the NMRA and NMCA. It's great to see WyoTech get involved at this level, said ProMedia CEO, Steve Wolcott. At our events we talk with a lot of younger people who are excited about working in the automotive or motorsports industry, but really don't know where to turn to gain the skills necessary to build a career. Through our relationship with WyoTech, we can direct them to professional educators who will provide the training which will qualify them to work in a vocation they love instead of just dreaming about it, Wolcott added. Our partnership with ProMedia and the NMRA enables us to reach racers as well as enthusiasts who have the desire and drive to become qualified automotive technicians, said John Hurd, Industry Relations Specialist-WyoTech.
